Measure a roof in NashvilleRoof area, not lot size
A satellite outline measures the building footprint, not the property lot. Roof surface area also depends on pitch: a 6/12 roof over a 1,800 sq ft footprint is about 2,012 sq ft, or 20.1 roofing squares, before waste.
Satellite imagery may be older than the building or obscured by trees. Review the outline and verify pitch and dimensions on site before ordering materials. Roofsize is an online estimating tool, not a local roofing contractor.
